Uh huh. So this article is just a pile of bullshit.
There used to be one of these almost every time a Valve game got updated.

Yeah, as much as I want it to be real, they have clearly stated that there are assets from previous games as placeholders. The interesting part is them changing the name of the suit, but not holding my breath at all.
