For a crunchy snack: Trader Joe's Crunchy Curls

For a more filling snack: Trader Joe's super bread, toasted, with a smear of pesto and a lightly scrambled egg on top

I'll have to try those curls if I can score some in my country.

What makes the bread so super? Interesting idea to combine pesto with eggs.

I just saw pumpkin seeds outside the loaf and snagged it. But I googled it and found these:

The curls are potato and lentil and I could eat a whole bag in one sitting. I don't, but I could.
