I remember buying Subnautica when it was still in EA and I never regretted that either.

Still, it's kinda like playing the lottery in a way โ€“ you might get a killer game for a reasonable price, or you might end up with a pile of shit that never gets finished. Just depends on the devs. At least the odds of winning are vastly superior compared to the lottery.
