Nothing. Spez may have the reins, but the board has final say. Yeah, this is all his stupidity causing the drama, but he has their backing.
Anyone new is going to have to suck their dick from the beginning, so nobody new is going to be anything but a puppet.
Mind you, they pay me enough, I'll puppet for them :)
