A) I enjoy it (except the fury stuff

B) set you account to block nsfw

[–] Polydextrous@lemmy.world 12 points 1 year ago (1 children)

There really is a lot of furry stuff, isn’t there…

[–] randomString@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago

Right?? And so many categories of it apparently

B) set you account to block nsfw

What?? No!

[–] EliasChao@lemmy.one 4 points 1 year ago (2 children)

What if I want to block the memes and keep the porn though?

[–] Mr_Buscemi@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 1 year ago

You can use an app like voyager that lets you block specific subs. I have the porn ones blocked but you can just block all the meme subs that annoy you.

On the app I just hold down on the name of the sub and it lets me block it.

Any community you aren't subbed to should have a block button in the sidebar. Block the sources until you stop seeing the things you don't want.

Or just ignore them and keep scrolling.

Omg there's Nick Fury porn now!??

I've got my account set to not show nsfw but I still see a bunch, are people just not tagging nsfw?

[–] ShipHeadlights@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Some posts that are correctly tagged nsfw will lose that tag when federated across to other instances. The vast majority of nsfw posts do work though, which is making it hard for devs and admins to debug the issue.

The people seeing furry porn are based in Lemmy.world or Lemmy.nsfw

Your instance, lemmy.ee, doesn't subscribe you to porn by default.
