Yep. Armin Shimerman was the principal in early seasons of Buffy too, first thing I ever saw him in without Quark makeup.

Edit: Oh wow, I just looked up his IMDB, he's also Andrew Ryan from Bioshock. Crazy.

I never knew the last one. Makes so much more sense why I could never place his voice but knew it was familiar.
