Which is the best site to stream One Piece in the highest quality for free? The first episodes are so pixelated in the sites that I use

  • www.shanaproject.com: register anime you want to download, from which team and format, and it will create a RSS feed that you can use later
  • nyaa.si: useful if you want to find movies or old stuff
  • One Pace: One Piece with less fillers.
  • Anime Filler List: Not a torrent site, but useful if you want to watch old series (like Detective Conan or Naruto) without the fillers.

I'm using flexget to automatically download from RSS, but it may be a bit hard to setup.

The app needs to be open source. Being able to watch Kdrama and things like that will be nice to have but not really a big deal for me.

So far I have tried Saikou, Dantotsu and Mangayomi. Recently been having issues loading anime episodes in Dantotsu and Mangayomi. Saikou seems to be no longer maintained If i'm not wrong.

Please mention your recommendations in the comments. (Also if these apps use any extensions like Aniyomi/Tachiyomi does, please also mention your prefered one)

Edit : Latest version of Dantotsu and Mangayomi seems to be working fine.

Is there a site that has most if not all Line Webtoons?

If not, can you give me a list of sites to check out that has the Line catalogue. Thanks.

I have been using ASW and SubsPlease for some time now. I also download some anime from EMBER and Judas sometimes.

What uploaders/groups in your opinion strikes a good balance between quality and size ?

I read manga on the Hisense Touch which has a somewhat small screen, making it very hard to read some manga. At first, I thought the Touch just had really bad display sharpness but then I realized most scans are just too low-res.

For some manga, I need to hold my phone like 2 inches away from my eyes which is horrible and very damaging for my eyesight, so I was wondering if there's a manga reader app out there that upscales manga/reduces noise as you read (using something like waifu2x)

I found this feature request for Tachiyomi but it was quickly turned down and as such my expectations are quite low, but I figured I'd ask anyway

  1. Saikou: IMO this is the best anime streaming app for Android. It supports multiple sources, subtitles, picture-in-picture and so much more. It is open source. You can also read manga on it!
  2. Aniyomi: Aniyomi is an unofficial fork of Tachiyomi, a dedicated manga reader. So you can stream anime and read manga from a single app. Like Saikou, Aniyomi supports multiple sources.
  3. Cloudstream: Cloudstreaming is a great streaming app which you can not only for streaming anime but also for watching thousands of TV shows and movies. The app also has features similar to the above mentioned apps but does not have a manga reader.

If you use any other anime streaming apps, please mention it by leaving a comment.
