Not sure if this is instance issue or lemmy-ui issue, but before I clicked this post, title was entirely green on homepage despite having a second link (lemmy.fmhy.ml) in it. [screenshot]
My opinion: links in title should only be parsed when you're already in the page of the post. In posts list, clicking anywhere over post title should take you to post URL.
