Have you read about emotional eating? I'm struggling with it as well.
You could reduce your mince meat consuption by adding TVP/ soy protein crumble in it. This is what some fast food places actually do and people don't notice the difference unless they hear about it. There are also many vegan proteins in freezer section in many stores. Tofu can be super delicious once you learn how to cook it. I think cooking yummy tofu is sign of good chef.
I'm trying, but there are a lot of people and communities who don't follow. The corporate are just too powerful at the moment. Like Facebook's new Threads is replacing Twitter, instead of Mastodon. Here in Finland Mastodon had it's moment and people were migrating to that, but I dunno.
In Finland you can access your info and do online forms any time of the day. The information gets updated when it gets and the site has the newest version available at the time. When they do maintenance, they inform it couple of days before on the website.

Not all creators are influencers, but all influencers are one-person ad distrubutor agencies. Most of the influencers business model is based on ad revenue and making ads themselves (collabs).
Yes. When I visit my parents, who don't use adblocker, I get really anxious when I have to face the enormous flood of ads that you get without it. I wouldn't be able to concetrate to anything if I were interupted frequently with ad breaks. I also hate how ads volume loudness has been maximized, so they sound more loud than normal content.
I didn't say that. I just said poor and lower middle class. If you are millionaire or billionaire and want to maximize your wealth, you definitely should vote for the conservatives as they transfer money from the poor majority to you.
Why not. I have double masters from one of the world top 200 universities. My own graduate program is 6th best in the world.
