I'm sick of nsfwlemmy.com content popping up in my feed (lemmy.world)
 

For the most part it's borderline child porn or stable diffusion spam. There should be an option to opt out of content from specific instances on account level.

upstream services > oauth2-proxy > caddy

Not sure what kind of services you want to run. But I guess you want auto https etc. so probably you want to stick to caddy.
