Hm. I rarely buy ice cream in stores so I am not sure whether there is apple ice cream in stores here, but at ice cream parlors it is definitely reasonably common here.

Where do you live? Where I live (Austria), apple ice cream is maybe not 100% universally available at all ice cream vendors, but common enough that I have no problems getting it if I want to.

Cute cat too, but I suspect the cat she transformed into has probably already died

That was Elizabeth II you are thinking of

Pizza Hut doesn't exist in my country, Domino's does. I've eaten at both in other countries and prefer Pizza Hut, but I prefer independent pizza restaurants to either of them.

nah the next round number is 4096 what did you think https://xkcd.com/1000/

I recently switched to "new comments". That ensures I get a healthy mix of new and old, and get to see as many different threads as I can.

no, we are posting to a community on lemmy.ml here, that link points to a community hosted on lemmy.world (as displayed on lemmy.ml)

idc because neither of those is my instance, I subscribe to communities regardless of what instance they're hosted on

which Debian? Have you considered Debian testing or unstable?

I'm not sure I do, but one thing I haven't seen mentioned here yet is consumer psychologists. I once read an argument that they could be improving people's mental health, instead they are working on manipulating people into buying more.

no, it's a feature, not a bug, that we can have more than one community for discussing the same topic here; makes it harder to censor

Hopefully the HVAC people set it to only affect the AIR in the room.

The local police, building inspector, and fire marshal are all contesting my 'safety' assertion, or would be if they could reach me past all the traps.
