I agree. I’m only talking about the continuous cuts during mid sentences/paragraphs. I used to follow some good channels out there in tech, automation etc. Unfortunately this trend is giving me some weird motion sickness. So I’ve started avoiding them. May be it is a good thing.

I see this trend lately where a lot of youtubers tend to face and look at multiple cameras while they are explaining stuff.

I don’t know if it adds anything to the experience. Sometimes I even feel dizzy, probably my brain not able to process so many movements while trying to understand them.

Do you find it amusing ?

Honest question, how many of you watch the autoplaying videos on websites ? (lemmy.world)
 

They are one of the most infuriating things for me. But I curious to know why is this a popular pattern in websites. Do people actually stop whatever they were planning to do and watch the video ?

I’ve blocked them on all my devices. But once in a while I see them when I use someone else’s devices and I wonder.

I meant like before "us" plants came along and made whatever was alive back then (our ancestors way up in the ladder) dependent on them. But someone else clarified they came first. So ya, they aren't I guess.
