Manchmal hilft es tatsächlich sich von den Nachrichten abzuschotten und auf das direkte Umfeld zu konzentrieren, wo man merkbar etwas bewirken kann. Gute Nachrichten kommen leider selten in der Tagesschau und stehen nie in der BLÖD Zeitung...
