I have the same interogation atm. Also, as a datageek I'd like a model which can keep/extract reading logs. Haven't found the perfect one, but I save your post just in case :)

Keepass and firefox expansion Firefox of course Ninite to install and update software Newpipe / yt vanced : youtube alternatives obsidian : note taking (not sure if this is technically open source)

I think almost everywhere in Europe you can drink tap water (my 2 cents from France)

I need to survive for 3 days without pooping, and eating as little as possible. I can pee, but not very often. It can't take up too much space. What food do I pack? in c/asklemmy@lemmy.ml
