i'm learning norwegian as norway is a country my dad really likes, we have roots there and embrace it. dad speaks a bit and i'm a casual learner who started learning basic words as a child along with icelandic. I'm studying with the book "Norsk: Nordmenn og Norge 1" and I also want an app to help.

my s/o hardly ever leaves me on read unless he's busy or going to sleep. this sound exactly what one of my abusers/bullies said sooo...

before settling on lemmy, i checked out "reddit alternatives" and one of them was saidit. i may make an account if it's good, but i want to know if saidit.net is any good, what it's like, etc.

i agree, may be why op is fine with people saying "cool" like that because they are not dismissive

that’s fair, it was because someone said that instance hated royalty, and i don’t know if a queen would use an instance that does so.

a lot of ppl questioned why the creator put it in lemmy.ml

it was a sh.itjust.works version of beckyland, here

thanks!!!! 🥰 I didn’t know if it belonged or not

i found this quite cute 🥰

i fixed the question. for people who do so, is it because your native language does so, like french? or is it because of stylistic choice?

like “hello ! how are you ?” i know a polish speaker who does that
