Searchengines don't index all (of what I need) of the Fediverse and also the UI is not made to see when and where it was posted.

In this community AI is a rare exception, so isn't blocking a bit harsh? If AI is a total no-go for you, than that's fine, I don't intent to criticize. Just wanted to let you know in case you new in this community.

I think the federation was more about interacting with other instances. Like creating issues and pull-requests without needing to create a new account for every instance.
I think this would be useful, as reporting bugs on GitLabs can be annoying if you have to create an account first.
