I wonder if the steam version will also get the controller support that comes as a result of putting it on consoles. I've been patiently waiting for specifically that for this game. Looks cool!

I had the same problem with wger, tried it and it wouldn't even let me select exercises from the list in the android app. I guess you could do it from the website but I just found it to be confusing.

I second Waistline, I use it daily for calorie tracking and once you initially set up your foods its great. Sometimes, I have had to edit the name to be something easily searchable instead of the name openfoodfacts returns. As well, some foods are way easier to measure if you use the 'per 100g' setting when setting up the food. After doing that, then change the names/other attributes, because changing to 'per 100g' overwrites the existing record.

For workouts I keep it simple and use GymRoutines from F-Droid.

I was really disappointed about standard notes' plans. Took me forever to get everything set up to self host, only to find I couldn't even use markdown unless I bought a license? Silly.

dragon quest 11 did this, it was so helpful

Only played the first but agreed, it was a nice little vibin' setting. Makes sense because if I recall there was a lot of picture-taking in the game

+1 for MHW, the environments always felt alive and you start to learn the patterns of wildlife as you spend time in them

I liked rise because the gameplay felt more streamlined and flowy but I agree, the environments felt a little more stale

Just a heads up the game kinda made my head hurt physically. The characters move at like 24-30fps while the background moves at a full 60 (or something >30, was not sure). It's a stylistic choice which I can respect but I couldn't get into it due to the stark difference in fps between the two which made it feel laggy.

Probably the image is cached.

I love Sliding Panel. I like being able to slide the panel out with my right hand because it allows a more comfortable range of motion rather than reaching across and swiping from the edge. It's the same reason I don't have the nav gestures on Pixel and like to use the old school buttons instead

Also agreed with the second point, I know it's a search bar but a slightly lighter bg with a pill shaped object would make it stand out more as a text field

This is one nice UX thing I noticed that Threads did and made it much easier to follow people from the main feed.
