Edit: I meant disable downvoting for posts only, not sure about comments. It's currently too easily to manipulate voting like it is on reddit.

That's fair but I think your estimate is way off. At less than 1% you're basically saying that nobody really enjoys doing porn. Additionally, I think things like inadequate wages, being forced to interact with crazy customers (fans), and unsafe working conditions would make people want to quit the industry rather than the sex work itself.
