I kind of doubt it. Local libraries have a hard time staying open due to funding.

"The CEO of your mega corp is a Nazi, you should leave the job you like to not support him."

Jobs are hard to come by and I doubt he directly works with Elon. He should absolutely get himself out of that situation if he can but that's always easier said than done.

Also its not like Teslas mission is ethnic cleansing, its to get everyone driving their electric cars. Would I buy one knowing it supports Elon? Hell no. If I already had a job at Tesla would I leave? Probably not. But at the end of the day its a mega corp and my options are limited.

Your right I'm gonna hold up a small sign somewhere out of the way to fight Nazism. I have a feeling that reading the sign will hurt the Nazis feelings and that will really deter them. Plus people will appreciate that I didn't disturb anyone at all. /s

Dude this is a pretty mild form of protest.

I sympathize with the people who bought the car not realizing he's a Nazi asshole. But considering his treatment of workers and general anti-repair attitudes have been well known for a while. I'm not gonna sympathize too hard.

"Hey as a social media platform one of your biggest expenses is moderation. Us guys at Business Insider want to give you an opportunity to tell your investors how you plan on lowering that cost." -Business Insider

"Oh great thanks. Well AI would make the labor cost basically 0 and it's super trendy ATM so that." -Reddit cofounder

Let's be real here the goal was never good results it was to get the cost down so low that you no longer care. Probably eliminates some liability too since it's a machine.

I don't think it's unreasonable to demand from your politicians to do something. The onus definitely isn't on us to have a 10 point plan on stopping authoritarianism. And they should definitely be able to do more than just finger wagging.

They'll make it cheaper for awhile to justify it to the public and government and then slowly raise the price so that you're paying full price AND watching ads.
