Been following this for a while now. Way before the first anouncement, even - I think devs shared some in-progress gifs on Reddit way back in the day.

If you're interested, you can try the [white label] version on Steam - It's a great demo of what the rhythm part of the game would look like, and the songs are fantastic too.

Don't read too much into it, I was just making fun of the post's title

True, Steam is pretty much a monopoly

In first-person games, I always rebind the jump to one of the back buttons. Coming from kbm, it weels weird that looking around and jumping at the same time is not possible.

Don't use PolyMC. Prism Launcher is a fork without the crazy lead dev that kicks developers for being queer, and is a better launcher anyway.

It's a joke from a Dunkey's video. There is no relation whatsoever.

Science is lying to you. Here's how humanity was actually created:

Didn't they try to do this, like, twice already? First with island expeditions, and then Torghast, both of which were very much just chores. Third time's the charm I guess, but I do not have high hopes.

I also felt this way, until I read that the system is completely opt-in. Logistics of quality seem kinda interesting, so I'll probably try to dip into it. And if I won't like it, ignoring the quality upgrade is easy and (allegedly) won't hurt the progression.
