Ventoy source code contains some unknown BLOBs, still no word on the issue from the dev after months
That's a plug-in though, there's no way to do it in vanilla.
I seem to remember that pixels are some of the easiest phones to put a different os on.

You could try running a server with geyser. It's a plug-in that allows bedrock players to connect to Java servers.
