I chill everything…which is mostly ales, lagers, IPAs, and pilsners.

Same. But there are stouts for example that are better at room temperature. An American told me that.
Lagers and ciders are cold, some bitters/stouts etc are room temp.

I’m also someone who makes outrageous comments or dark humour.
Someone once gave me a massive lecture on the imporance of putting an “/s” so I always try to do that now.
