The state should not be able to keep charging someone till they get it right. Thats the principal behind this dismissal. If the state can keep coming back to charge you we might as well be the Soviet Union.

From what I recall Whistle blower statutes in Texas only apply to state employees not private employees.

Usually the details show toll roads are bad. Ideally, toll roads are not needed. Toll roads are a result of failure of government.

That's what they are trying to get rid of by destroying the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). That's why at will employment law were passed to stop unions.

That's the history of anti-trust law. A lot of cases business just admit it because they are that ignorant/blatant.

Unfortunately as well historically a lot of conservative judges do radical legislation from the bench because they don't like anti-trust law and think they should regulate the economy. So much so that they have fucking bent civil procedure over backwards to do so and write some of the stupidest lines in the history of jurisprudence.

SpaceX would never exist if there was no NASA. Before government programs that can pioneer and not have to be "profitable" no company can exist.
