Thanks for the nostalgia! :)

rosemary oil is clinically as effective as minoxidil.

lol. I was also thinking the bike looks like a unicorn.

I remember reading about a rear mounted friction drive previously. No clue about the quality. i m pretty sure I’ve seen others, but this was the first one I found while searching.

I get it, hate Reddit more than most. I hope they pull a Digg and become irrelevant.

The problem is that google is invested in Reddit. Of course Reddit is coming up first. We know google is evil and they only care about profits.

The definition of meat is ,

noun

  1. The edible flesh of animals, especially that of mammals as opposed to that of fish or poultry.

  2. The edible part, as of a piece of fruit or a nut.

  3. The essence, substance, or gist.

    "the meat of the editorial."

If boneless chicken wings can have bones that a meat sandwich can be meatless, right? Of course I’m teasing. I agree with you.

Ahh. Yeah, I see it now. Sometimes I’m a bit dense. Thanks.

I guess I don’t understand your thinking.

Supposedly, Every snowflake is unique. Therefore Being a snowflake means you are unique.

How does being a snowflake imply that you’re being just like everyone else?

the headline says that Meta lost 4.5 billion in the 2nd quarter. Also the article says they meta lost 3.9 billion in the first quarter. I think that is an a 8billion dollar loss in 6months.

Unless I’m mistaken on the accounting, You shouldnt count a full years salary when comparing it to a 3 month loss, because meta has only paid 3 months compensation during the 2nd quarter.

Using your numbers

( 17,000 x $100,000 )/4 is $425mill. In salary paid out in the quarter. Although software and hardware engineers at meta make way more than 100k/year.

flushable in the us means it can go down the toilet. However, Wastewater treatment plants have to remove these from the wastewater, as they do not break down the same as poop, or in same case they don’t break down at all.

hopefully the Aussie government has define flushable differently than the us.

It’s very expensive problem. At least in the USA. My spouse works in waste water treatment and hates “flushable” wipes with a fiery passion.

Us centric link, so it may not apply to you in Australia. https://wiser.eco/flushable-wipes/

I looked up the wiki article on the flag. It looks like it is a Christian symbol. At least according to the article.

“The Fleurdelisé takes its white cross over a blue field from certain French flags of the Kingdom of France, namely the French naval flag as well as the French merchant flag. Its white fleurs-de-lis (symbolizing purity) and blue field (symbolizing heaven) come from a banner honouring the Virgin Mary;[6]

I use the jabra evolve v2 65 because I had it for work, and the headset works great for the steam deck.

Battery life is amazing.

The headset can even be changed while in use, which has come in handy trying to game after a day of long meetings.

storing a movie in RAM does not count as having a physical copy of the movie. While RAM is a form of physical media, the data stored in RAM is volatile and temporary. A physical copy of a movie typically refers to a more permanent and tangible form of storage, such as on a hard drive, SSD, USB flash drive, CD, DVD, or Blu-ray disc.
