"Stop worrying what other people think" is bad advice anyway. It's not like that's a possibility for people with anxiety. Give concrete advice: self affirmation, reflective writing, journaling positive feedback....

I'm holding the torch for OkCupid. I've met my SOs there. Many queer folk, leftists, likes work reasonably well and you even get free "superlikes" once a week. Messages are free, likes are free.
Es tut mir leid für euch. Aber als Erzieher kann ich sagen: ich plädiere immer dafür dass die Eltern es spüren sollen, wie schlecht unsere Arbeitssituation ist. Nur wenn die nicht zur Arbeit kommen, wenn die sich bei der Stadt/Land/Bund beschweren, kann sich was ändern. Erzieher*innen sind egal. Aber wenn irgendwelche Manager nicht zur Arbeit können weil die Kita schließt, dann wird hoffentlich was gemacht
Nah, I'm an okay person. Sure I do bad things. I make mistakes and have problematic behaviour patterns from time to time. But I am working on it. That's what makes a "good" or "bad" person. It's almost never about what you do but mostly about intent and willingness to learn
