They also need some basic level empathy....a pretty high bar for some.

I think they are out of order. #s 4, 5 and 6, should definitely be higher. I think 7 is way too high. He's just dealing with a stomach wound... Blanching it for 60 seconds and then shocking it in ice water is a great middle ground. Then let it dry and sear it in a hot pan with some olive oil and garlic. Add butter if you are feeling naughty.
The conservatives on the supreme Court haven't been consistent in decades. For then stare decises and judicial ethics are annoyances that should be ignored at all costs.
