I generally avoid news of late of any kind as its just so bloated and every once a week or so just visit one of my local sites for a quick scroll.
I do lean moee towards us defaultism being the case as other country news does get posted but has zero to none interaction because the us posts threads are getting so much more activity.
Stability is really good. No real big issues overtime, running BTRFS and Timeshift. There are some minor problems here and there but more to do with KDE or Arch being Arch I suppose, nothing that stopped me from having a non-functional system.
Not sure what you expect in terms of "support for gaming", It's Arch-based so mostly you're on your own to do that, not from the distro focus itself but everything has worked so far for me.
I don't often use the AUR, most packages come from flatpak if I can or the extra repo from Arch/Endeavour which is trustee packages by default. I added the CHAOTIC AUR to get binaries instead to get faster updates but didn't replace all my packages with them from there.
+1 being happy on Endeavour OS for a year of two now.

Exactly this and the mass spam around it as soon as something happens. I get that it's important but a bit annoying for a European to be constantly confronted with.

Netherlands here and as well we have so many local shops that outbeat Amazon that it isn't even fair. There is a very small chance I buy something of Amazon, think the only time I did was for a replacement item for a Dyson.
Happens on my iOS17 as well. Unless I am in a post I believe but also not always..?
It's a bit annoying.

While realistic - if nobody tries differently without getting just the massive bag of ceo tax money, it'll never ever change.
