Your just assuming that it wouldn't be possible but woth the teacher reaching out to grab the gun, if you replace it woth a knife and the child also trying to stab at the adult you now have the child's momentum and the adult momentum meeting at the blade tip and adults hand. Could have just as easily gone through the center of the hand and the momentum of the adult could have continued forward bringing thier chest at the blade.

6 year olds are first graders and typically have very close interactions with teachers. It doesn't take much for a 6 year old to stab through a person's hand and into a person's chest. Also my point is more thay the child could have taken a knife from thier parent as easily as a gun and then went on to stab the teacher. In both instances the result could end in death.

I have no doubt how open and reparable prusa printers are and that has played a role in print farms and industrial settings wanting them.

However looking at the mk4 pre-built I am looking at $1200. That is 3 a1 printers. Will a single mk4 have the same up time as 3 a1 printers ? Each a 1 is faster I believe than the prusa mk4 . I can get 4 a1 mini machines.

The mk3 is not much better for me it's almost $900 pre-built. That is 3 a1 mini machines and I can get 2 a1s and I'd be just $60 shy of making one of those the ams lite bundle.

So yea prusa needs to get the price down. They also need to integrate some of the newer tech like lidar. Heck the prusa mini is $429 us and a filament sensor for ot os $20 so it's $450. The a1 mini is $300 or $469 for the bundle with ams lite.

I hope to see prusa adjust prices and add new features in during 2024.

I may not be as familiar as you are it seems. However I have multiple young children in my family amd some friends have children ranging from a few months old to teenagers. I certainly know how strong a five year old can be.

I am deciding between the a1 or k1 since microcenter has the k1 for $430.
