Just upgraded from an old epson printer to an ecotank. Shit just works. I never managet to get my old one recognized on linux; with the ecotank it's just a package from the aur and everything works. And it works so well. I would definetly recommend an epson ecotank.

EDIT: I didnt yet test the scanner, as I use a separate brother one

havent been into gaming for like 3 years, and getting a steam deck reignited this hobby for me. And he can always send it back(under 2weeks)/resell it.

If you ever feel burned out from gaming, get a steam deck. It helped me, and probably will help you too.

 

Sometimes when I go cycling I take a buddy or two and we sometimes get split, and i was thinking that having something to tell me how distant we were from each other would be cool. Yeah, there are apps that do that, but they arent foss, they send your location to who knows where, and they massively drain your battery. I saw that there are some varriants of lilygo devices with gps and a screen, but how practical are they really? How fast do they update? How is the battery? Is somewhere using them for a use case similar to this one?
