I read the first few sections and it's not that interesting

Talk to your vet. Senior dogs may have incontinent issues but just clean it up or put pads down.
You don't necessarily need others help.

When the time comes, just think of your pet and don't let them suffer. I let my little boy suffer at least a day longer than I should have because I couldn't say goodbye, but don't let your best friend sit in pain.

Don't feel bad if they have a medical issue that you can't pay for. That is common and doesn't make you a bad pet owner.

They are right, I moved here and I have means to leave so it is a fair criticism. I fled Texas and my ex wife to be by family. First time I have been close to them in 15 years. But I agree. I don't want to be in the south. I hate the heat and the politics and the fact that Poseidon keeps trying to reclaim the city. But my sister won't leave, so for now I am helping her out.

Now all my low income brothers and sisters here? They have no fucking choice.

I'm in Nola and I don't vote for this cunt. Be mad at the real enemy

Why not spin the spoon in food so it costs the entire spoon and then just eat it as normal

Most plants and really most foods in general have some sort of effect other than calories, at least for individuals that may not have a fully complete diet.

Additionally there are more and more studies about phytochemicals, which appear to have a lot of potentially healthful properties.

Humans are hard to rest though so basically, just eat healthy. Eat a lot of plants and reduce animal products (maybe, this is a contentious recommendation) and mostly just don't eat processed food if you can.

Even white rice and white potatoes are "healthy" in the right quantities and ratios.

Not really want you asked, but if you are curious "eating on the wild side" by Joe Robinson is a great book that talks about phytochemicals and how to pick vegetables that might be more "healthy".

We solved this like a year ago! Though I had completely forgotten what it actually was.

I vaguely recall he got some concessions. But agree it is a travesty and still extremely under regulated.

Because they are not an unbiased source of information and they are pushing a narrative. Even if it is unintentional in this particular article.

That's now how Biden works, at least in regards to the train strike. He prefers to hope he can convince the capitalists when there is no pressure and in secret. Somehow it seemed to actually work, though I'm pretty sure the workers didn't get a lot of what they wanted.

I just got about 100 hours on HOI4 and I cant play it at all. I have to date only won a single game (since I picked it back up recently after release), but typically the second I get into war my divisions lack organization, supply, or whatever else and I get capitulated pretty quick.

Are there any mods that take a single concept (supply, army planning, division designs, etc) and help you learn those in isolation? I watch a bunch of YouTubers and try to follow their tips but for whatever reason I am still doing it wrong.

Interestingly, I bought hoi on release and was able to world conquest on my first or second try, so I am guessing new dlc/mechanics (supply?) are probably part of the problem.

I am starting to detangle myself from Google and one of the services I use is YouTube.

I learned that piped exists the other day but that is just a front end for Google.

Is there a tool that I can host on my server that will let me give it YouTube links, that will then download/stream to my server and then server to my phone or computer?

I guess I am looking for a tool that will cache my YouTube videos locally and even download my subscriptions when they upload new stuff.

I'm not sure what this buys me that Piped does not, except that I am backing up videos in case they are removed.

I have been out of the Piracy game for almost a decade so im starting over.

Anyone know of good resources for "old" American TV shows? Late 90's to mid 2000's.

None for the sites I tried in the mega thread had anything.

I am a grumpy old man that is/was pissed that we aren't getting a "real" Baldurs Gate 3, but as it gets close to release I am sadly getting excited about it.

Has anyone played Early Access on the Steam Deck? Is it fun/playable on there? I do nearly 100% of my gaming on that now and barely touch my dedicated gaming Ubuntu machine these days.
