The bad thing is that most latin American ISP can't hold remux files 😅
I use either of these two sites to download a LAT Spanish audio track, and then add the track to a high quality video download:
I normally use alt-torrent.com when I have to download dual audio movies(latino) for my niece. But they use link shorteners that are quite tedious, but with Patience it works fine.
You can check the Lat-Team private tracker, it has full of content in English and Spanish (dual audio is the way to go if you ask me).
But that comes with all the advantages and disadvantages that occurs when you are on a private tracker, so for starters, no leeching.
