Have they even fixed the tag component for researches? Last I checked, if you tagged something and then completed the research for it, it was permanently stuck on.

On Xbox I've never encountered this.
Also on Xbox but it's been a good minute. I'll check it sometime and see if it's fixed.
The tag system is plain bad design. I never know if I have something tagged because I actually need it or because it's part of a recipe and got tagged along another thing
They even have a much better tag system already in FO4 where it would only tag the resources that you were actually missing
