You mean Max Steel?

Edit: ty for the upvotes, kind strangers. This was the lowest rated film I could find that looked like something I would watch if I were high enough.

I liked Max Steel. I liked it’s sequel Earth to Echo too. But I’m trying to find the one with the people.

Was it the one where they did the thing, or the one where the thing was gonna happen?

[–] TokenBoomer@lemmy.world 4 points 9 months ago (1 children)

The one where they did the thing. There was a watch or something.

It was Gaslight. Thanks though.

[–] Rocky60@lemm.ee 8 points 9 months ago (1 children)

The original or the remake?

[–] TokenBoomer@lemmy.world 2 points 9 months ago

The original

[–] DrGiltspur@kbin.social 6 points 9 months ago (1 children)

I think it was called The Bus That Couldn't Slow Down.

[–] TokenBoomer@lemmy.world 0 points 9 months ago

Pop Quiz. It was Gaslight.

And there it is. Thanks.

You're thinking of the classic film Pirates

[–] TokenBoomer@lemmy.world 0 points 9 months ago

I don’t think it was that one. The people were doing different things.

Either Hobo with a Shotgun, or Tucker & Dale vs. Evil

[–] TokenBoomer@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

I want to see Hobo with a shotgun

[–] ivanafterall@kbin.social 2 points 9 months ago

It wasn't a movie, it was a show, you're thinking of Charles in Charge.

[–] andrewta@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

Was it the one where they kept going to Vegas?

That’s too new, it may have been in B/W

Nope. There was a guy and he was trying to convince this girl she was crazy or something.

[–] livus@kbin.social 3 points 9 months ago (1 children)

Labyrinth.

That or Gaslight. Has to be.

[–] TokenBoomer@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago (1 children)

That’s it! Gaslight! Thank you. Thank you.

[–] livus@kbin.social 3 points 9 months ago (1 children)

Well, that narrows it down!

But now you have to work out if you mean Gaslight 1940 or Gaslight 1944.

Fun fact: when the 1944 one was made, the studio tried to buy up all the prints of the 1940 one and destroy them.

[–] TokenBoomer@lemmy.world 3 points 9 months ago (1 children)

I had no idea the studio tried to gaslight us.

[–] livus@kbin.social 4 points 9 months ago (1 children)

Great, isn't it? Kind of like how oranges are orange.

[–] TokenBoomer@lemmy.world 1 points 9 months ago

Probably did it as the first viral marketing stunt.

[–] mustbe3to20signs@feddit.de 1 points 9 months ago (1 children)

I think you mean the movie with the cabin in the wood

[–] TokenBoomer@lemmy.world 2 points 9 months ago

Maybe. There was a cabin, or a dwelling. And it took place in either Autumn, Winter, or maybe Spring, but definitely not Summer.
