I have the opposite problem. The water bottle/glass is my fidget thingy. If I need to think for a second, I'll take a sip. During workdays I during about 4l a day.

Overdosing is really difficult so this sounds more like a solution than a problem :). Plus, more per break time.. ? Idk.

lol I’m the same way. It’s my comfort object. If I leave the house without it I can feel my mouth get dry and throat close up immediately

Get a big ass jug (or stein!) full of water. Sit it next to your computer... watch it disappear magically.

Just wanted to share a tip from something I started doing recently:

I got one of those vacuum thermal bootles that keep the water temperature for a long time and I LOVE drinking thr water painfully cold. With that bootle in front of me I end up drinking it so quickly because it is always cold the way I like. If you're a freezing cold water lover, try to get one of those bootles and keep them around!

That episode takes place with Spongebob going over to Sandy's place, which is devoid of water. So no. Dehydrated.
