Looks like the happy humanist to me.
There's apparently a humanist logo used in Australia that has five stars (from the Australian flag), though they aren't really above the person's head:

I have no basis for this claim, but I think it's some German health insurance company.
I do remember it was from a PC-related brand
I first thought of the sag aftra logo but that's not it
