Using an RSS app like Feedly to subscribe to different comics can be fun. Also comics communities on Lemmy
I strongly recommend something screen off, either podcasts or audiobooks. I listen to an audiobook every night before bed with my wife with a sleep timer set.
If that's too stimulating for your brain, choose a less cerebral book.
