Just like piped for youtube. I remember bibilogram but it no longer works.

Proxigram is like bibliogram. You can use one of their public instances

https://libredirect.github.io/ has a good list even if you don't use the extension. If you do use the extension, take a second to click the ping button and move to a faster instance, a lot of my defaults were slow.

Libredirect doesn't list any Instagram frontend though.

There is also an Android app, I would advise to not login your account as you will get banned, but for looking at public profiles it works (as anonymous).
