I'm really intertested if Gunn can pull this off. Guardians 1 and Suicide Squad 2 had ni expectations attached and he turned some c/d grade comic books into great stories. Wirkung with an a list character has to be different

I mean, he's not just pulling in A-listers either... your average movie goer has never heard of Krypto, much less Mister Terrific or Metamotpho.

The man tade a talking tree and trash panda feel real. He made a man with mental issues who shoots polka dots into a heroicslly tragic gem.

I kind of assume the lesser known characters will be the most memorable becsuse people are not coming in with preconceived notions, but honestly how Supes was presented as needing help in the trailer makes me optimistic that Superman will be interesting too.

I think his needing and accepting help will be his major arc.

It's one thing to accept it from your dog. It's another to ask and risk other powerful mortals to stand beside you.

I think he pulls it off.

I've enjoyed all of the material he's worked on so far.

His suicide squad and the peacemaker show were really fun I thought

Peacemaker turned out to be one of my favourite shows!
