Sure we’ve had one pandemic, but what about second pandemic…

Time to grab toilet paper, n95 masks, purell, tuna, soups, etc I guess. Also freeze meat before it becomes tainted/3x the price

Round 2 what did we all learn last time?

[–] TimLovesTech@badatbeing.social 13 points 1 week ago

I learned that we can probably use UV lights shined on the skin, and maybe drinking bleach to alleviate symptoms, beautifully! I also learned if you don't test you don't have it, which is probably the most important thing to keep from having a pandemic and affecting the economy. Also in a pinch people on Tik Tok with no medical training but a "hunch" are more than qualified to suggest remedies to both cure you and/or prevent it, their advice should absolutely be followed without question.

/s of course =)

Fuck that. I'm buying every banana I can get my hands on.

Skip toilet paper, get a washlet or bidet instead. Your asshole will thank you, and so will your wallet over the long term!

New plague, who's this? New trump presidency, new plague.

Is there a betting pool on when it's gonna strike? As soon as RFK stops infectious disease research, for 8 YEARS!, seems likely.

Lots of chickens culled due to bird flu, which is the reason the price of eggs goes up.

Yay! Can't wait for a second one!! Since the last pandemic i always kept reserves on n95 masks and I have a bidet so I'm covered for the most important parts. Let's see how lethal is this one, I'm sure it's gonna be a lot of fun to live in any fascist country when this happens, after all, what could possibly go wrong ina country that denies science during a pandemic? Specially considering the amount of these we are seeing nowadays.
