Does anyone know if i can pair those Controllers if they are second hand?

MNS is out of stock long time already. And there are no signs of a restock

Yes, you can pair used ones without any problem. They're not locked to a specific piece of hardware.

Do you mean the original NES controllers? Pretty sure it would work if you can find a matching slot to plug it in

Nah, speaking of the ones in the My Nintendo Shop. They have been made for switch
