I'll stick with Viscera Cleanup Detail and Serial Cleaners.

Viscera Cleanup is so janky, but that’s part of the charm.

Last time I messed with it they were talking about a massive engine upgrade. Kinda wonder if they ever properly knocked that out.

I get the updates from them, it’s coming along nicely, they’ve shown some pictures, but they are also trying to not lose the jank along with the engine upgrade.

Iirc, they are also working on another project too, and that’s further along.

Edit Linky

Like a second Viscera game!

I liked the arcadey cleanup mechanics of it, and Goblin Cleanup is looking to more of the (almost) exact same thing, except fantasy themed. The demo on steam is pretty fun if you wanna try it. They have like four or five different themed worlds (there's a medieval one, an Egyptian one, and an underwater one, and I think maybe a couple more) but you can only play the first few levels of the medieval one.

ETA: it has a really ridiculous theme song that plays in the main menu too.

They're working a VCD 2 and I can't wait to play it

I played a demo of Goblin Cleaners which put a fun twist on the formula

Hm, actually looks kinda fun. Not just Pulp Fiction but also Breaking Bad's Mike Ehrmantraut.

We'll namedrop two comparisons in the headline, but not the game itself, no-siree!

If it wasn’t for your comment I would’ve thought we were getting pulp fiction dlc for Powerwash Simulator

[–] mindbleach@sh.itjust.works 2 points 3 weeks ago

... and that would be plausible, given the recent spate of commercial gag crossovers. Like modding has become so suppressed that all the people who'd otherwise do that had to join the industry and convince the bean-counters it'd be funny.

I already finished the game in just over 12 hours played time, it's pretty good, but I hope they continue to add content like Power Wash Sim has.

Yeah? If you play Shadow Warrior you get Viscera Cleaning Service, so you can be the killer and the cleaning service.
