None of them do, nor do they technically even need food. But Ainz insists on healthy working conditions, so the denizens of nazarick are required to rest, eat, take vacations, etc.

I know, they are all either undead or at least partially demons to make them immortal (idk about the twins though on that part)

Nazarick has items that can eliminate the need for food, but Ainz doesn't allow their use except when eating isn't an option.

The twins are just dark elves, and that goes for all the denizens. They are all "alive" as their respective species, but Nazarick has access to spells and items that make the drawbacks of living: age, hunger, the need for rest, moot.

Well, im not that deep into it, ive just read that in a thread about it some time ago. There was the talk that they all are partially imps or something for some reason.

No... That's not a thing. They're various species, but there isn't some overarching aspect aside from being player creations that they all possess, afaik.
