Starting to think Maeda's love-language is literally just shit-talking. Like little kids bullying someone they have a crush on.

I have grown to like the Ruri/Maeda dynamic. It's kind of nice to have a character that isn't afraid to throw around cutting remarks, but...out of love, to keep the others grounded.
It's still not what I'd consider mature... I think Maeda thought Ruri was cool af from the start, but self sabotaged her chances of a relationship out of self-loathing/confidence issues. Then gaslit herself into believing Ruri isn't worth knowing by blowing some of her flaws out of proportion, so she wouldn't feel as bad about her with a "not like I wanna be her friend anyway".
Either way Maeda has been a fun wrench in Ruri's everyday life, and she's got tons of room to improve as a person.
Really love that they stuck erasers on her horns. It's such a little thing, but totally feels like something you would do to tease your friend if they had horns.
Me too. Also it's genuinely a good idea for safety, these horns are sharp and could easily hurt someone if she is not careful. I'd even go as far and use bubble wrap or something at first, at least until they find a permanent solution.
