I'd go with Goblin Slayer. besides the...obvious reasons, theres some actually good social commentary in there about thankless but necessary jobs in society (depending on how you see it)

Promised Neverland is also a good option, since it really drops the hammer on you at the end.

I mean, I may be aging myself but Ninja Scroll is a solid... 'this is not for kids' anime. Grave of fireflies... So long as I don't have to watch it again.
