Couldn't get the skin to match properly (or at all), but I've sunk too much time into this to not post it, so here we are.

Maybe try dallE in painting to blend the boundary? It's pretty good at bridging gaps

Great idea! I already have StableDiffusion running locally, so can probably just use that for the in-painting stuff in the future. Thanks!
