The rules are free on the Warhammer community site and on the 40k app. I'm still keeping an eye on telegram though. Looks up the channel Warhammer 40000 10th edition vault.

Thanks I'll look into that channel. I know about the free rules but for me personally it's just as much about the fluff. Also the free rules don't contain the crusade rules
Not sure what else is in the core book other than the rules. Lore and images I would imagine? But the rules themselves are already available for free from GW directly

Exactly, lore and artwork. However the leviathan book also has the rules for crusades
