A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

When Threads eventually will not federate, the same people that urged to deferderate in advance, and thus remove the point of being ActivityPub compatible, will be the same to complain. (lemmy.world)

It's okay if you really really want to use Threads. You don't have to feel insulted by those of us who want nothing to do with it, and you definitely don't need to fantasize about anyone complaining or whatever.

Make an account. Use Threads buddy, have fun!
