I do wonder if he would want her to even complete it. I rember earlier he was trying to do everything in his power to prevent her from getting g-book and becoming zent. In the short term "upgrading" her g-book could help solve Erinfest and Arinsbach issues but I wonder how Lanzinave and Soverenty will play into this.
