I'm getting image matches from 2013 so definitely not AI Gen.

It's from the 1990 film Dick Tracy.

Kind of is if you consider movies to be a series of photographs. They're both captured by cameras, in this case on regular camera film too.

The post isn't a video, it's a single frame from a movie.

When you have a group of things and you take one thing from the group then your thing is one thing.
