Unusual request, but I need a lead? How come I can't find episodes of the Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn? I can't find them ANYWHERE! It's like they never existed.

Yes, I saw one or two episodes (and episode segments), random, on both Archive and YouTube. It looks like you found 8: I believe i saw they were there but spotty, and I'm trying to find an actual source.
Does CBS have an archive?
Presumably CBS/Paramount does have the recordings in a vault somewhere... but it's probably not worth it for them to put them on Paramount+ (Who knows what will happen when they go bankrupt). As it is you're limited to the few episodes individuals bothered to tape, and then digitize.
